This is the code you need but remember to enable html codes first And you will need to add marquee and center to allow html tags as explained HERE This code would be added in the forum footer or forum description, for details on forum footer CLICK HERE.

First off you must add the code below to your overall_header.tpl for the drop down bar to work you would need to add it after <HEAD>

All you have to do is copy and paste this code and change the url`s the ones in bold to your ones and the img url`s to yours aswell, you will have to change the mouse over text to suit your links aswell.

You can add or delete as many as you like to suit the amount you need for your forum, this code has 3 such links to add more just copy and paste
