Ok now goto admin-panel -- 3. Styles--Edit Templates/Logos
And open up your template.
Using the top drop bar find you.cssit will look something like this
myff_yourforum1.css
Now delete all the text in that file. Now place the text you saved earlier form viewing page source into this file. So in other words open up the myff_whatever1.css file and replace all the text with the text you saved when viewing page source.
Ok now you must place a / in front of "templates/" so it becomes "/templates/
Ok Now goto your overall_header.tpl and remove the block of code beginning with

<style> or <style type="text/css">
and ending in
Code:
</style>
An example would be to remove all of this code, like below.
