First off you need to go here

http://myfreeforum.org/index.php?...amp;task=loginforum&Itemid=27

or
http://myfastforum.org/index.php?...amp;task=loginforum&Itemid=27

depending on which forum name you have MYFREE or MYFAST

You have to sign in with the your forum name but minus the myfreeforum.org so for eg. funnyworld rather than http://funnyworld.myfreeforum.org

now use the fourm password that was used to set up the forum.

The rest is explained in the other threads in this area

If you are banned from your own forum then when you enter the forum footer go to Forum Admin and clear the IP address list and change the password you will now be able to log in as admin and with the new password
