A few people have asked for this so i will Quote what Admin of MyFreeForum Has said

It requires a user to edit their own templates.

The admin template edits are not compatible with the optional hack system, which is an issue we are going to have to address at some point. But I want to do this in the context of an otherwise simple hack.

It adds database tables and server load to the system.


So barring that in mind i think we can safely say NO it is not possible to have one
